RENU: A Scalable & Modular Solution

RENU is designed to scale with your business

Our RENU Drying & Milling System was thoughtfully designed for scalability and modularity: scalability so you can add systems as you need them, and modularity so you can isolate systems easily. Both help your operations run smoother and stay running now and as you grow.

Small Issues Don’t Cause Total Shut-Down

One customer with traditional drying equipment was operational only 70 days of the previous year because of partial failures. A single malfunction or repair would shut down the entire system, causing huge disruptions and losses for the company.

With RENU, food processors can easily perform maintenance on one unit while the others remain operational. This translates to higher throughput and greater profitability overall.

RENU Can Grow With Your Company

Instead of investing in a much larger than you need now, you can start with a single RENU system and add systems as your business grows.

Pinpoint Accuracy and Traceability

Redundant components for each system allow for unit isolation, and the system's PLC enables traceability and immediate adjustments for greater consistency and control.

Small Batch or Test Runs

Operating a single system rather than starting up a huge installation makes your shorter runs easier and more efficient. Clean-in-place (CIP) options also make cleaning and changeover quicker and more efficient.

Skidding and Creative Configurations

The RENU System is designed to integrate with existing processing equipment, so flexibility is critical. RENU’s compact and modular nature provides that desired flexibility on your plant floor. A single system occupies less than 800 square feet, and components can be configured in numerous ways. Our engineers work with you to design a blueprint that works with your production layout. Components can also be skidded to be reconfigured or moved easily as your needs change.
